Being a CEF Board Member has great responsibility & an even greater reward!

 

The Camas Educational Foundation funds extraordinary learning opportunities for every student in the Camas School District.  Our organization funds extra educational programs in the schools to enhance the excellence of our schools and impact the lives of each student, from Kindergarten through 12th Grade.

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Camas Educational Foundation Board. Please take the time to fill out this application. This will allow our current Board Members to learn a little more about you. Unfortunately, all applicants who apply may not be selected. For the upcoming year, we hope to fill eight Board positions.

The Board Member term of service is 3 years. The Board meets the second Thursday of each month from September through June. All Board Members are expected to attend Board Meetings and serve on at least one committee.

If selected as a potential member of the board, you will be asked to interview with a current board member during the first two weeks of May before being invited to become a member on the board.  New board members are invited to the last board meeting of the current year.
